You should be able to find a consulting firm or a quality consultant for about $125/hr. You may be able to find someone of quality at $100/hr but I would not bet on it. I would not hire anyone that charges less than $100/hr, unless the work is very basic or you are trying to contract this consultant with a long term contract and guaranteed work.
