To the best of my knowledge, no. RH7.1 appears to be the last version precompiled for Alpha. Guess you could install 7.1 then grab the 7.2 src.rpm and build them all rpmbuild --rebuild *.src.rpm and wait 3 weeks for each one to finish. Or go with Debian.
