What tool and command can I use to save an entire web page, flash contents 
and all, to my local drive?

This is the one I want to save:  http://attacked911.tripod.com/

It is the best use for flash on a web site I have ever seen and well worth 
the download time.  I want to save it locally but I don't know how.
