the PHP has changed over the years, i believe the prograssion was
Personal Home Page / Form Interpreter (php/fi 2)
Personal Home Page (early php3)
Professional Home Page (Late php3)
PHP Hypertext Processor (Very Late php3 to current)

There might have been a couple more mixed in there somewhere, but they
didn't last long if there were.
