You will have to modify the /etc/fstab file to correctly mount the partitions of
linux since you are moving the drive from master to slave of IDE channel (e.g.
hda -> hdb).  Lilo will have to be redone after Windows is installed as Windows
will trash the MBR to make it Win only.  So keep a linux boot disk ready.
