I'm afraid that in England most schools *do_not* have Macs.  They 
have MS PCs.  And ... saying that you know more about British 
medicine than me is saying that you have done twenty years at a place 
like Caltech or somewhere similar.  

Perhaps you should read your e-mail more carefully ?
