I have used this service on and off for quite some time. I have always been disappointed in its performance and Sprints ability to effectively support me when there is an outage (and believe me there are plenty) Not to mention that the latency will drive you nuts. In my opinion it shoiuld be used as a stop gap solution only, however they do make you sign a contract wich cost ~$200 to break early. Hope that helps.
