Just to be contrary . . . I've been having horrible QOS since Friday. I've been having 10-100% packet loss to the first router. Today, I called them, explained the problem to the CS rep, and she said she'll notify the technicians. 2.5 hours later, it's completely clear. My last provider in Hawaii assumed all customers were idiots and treated them that way.
