Here's what you need to be proficient at:

LINUX/UNIX server set-up and admin
PERL/MOD-PERL programming
MYSQL database set-up and programming

You will be responsible for setting up and administering custom 
mailing programs, top 100 lists, gateway pages, dynamic pages, 
backend management systems, and much more.
