hmmm. well, perhaps part of it was meant as a joke. still, I'd need a way to tell the far side that 1. they are infected 2. e-mail the sysadmin of the ISP that owns the ip range 3. etc. meanwhile, I've got a 200 megabyte log here, and thats just the last 4 days!
