The way I understood it was there would not be a change from qwest.net to msn.com but who knows. Qwest is the ISP you can use others, but you will have to pay for both. ----- Original Message ----- From: "foodog" To: Sent: Friday, August 03, 2001 7:46 PM Subject: Re: Qwest.net changing to MSN So... If this was explained I missed it: if one has Qwest VDSL (data & TV) can you use another ISP (or go without one)? Is there a page somewhere that explains the options? Is my current "@qwest.net" address doomed to become an "@msn"? And what about Naomi? I don't really have any complaints about Qwest other than the wait times if you call them during normal-people hours. That, and the one time they did unannounced maintenance at 3am and whacked my connection to work. TIA Hope to see some of y'all at the library tomorrow morning :-) Steve Dan Brown wrote: > > I just want to take a second and thank everyone who responded. > I knew I could quickly find useful pointers and personal experience > details from this list. > > Dan > ________________________________________________ > See http://PLUG.phoenix.az.us/navigator-mail.shtml if your mail doesn't post to the list quickly and you use Netscape to write mail. > > PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us > http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss ________________________________________________ See http://PLUG.phoenix.az.us/navigator-mail.shtml if your mail doesn't post to the list quickly and you use Netscape to write mail.
