Hi, I am using Red Hat Linux 7.1, so it is xinetd rather than inetd now. I have problem in killing the xinetd in one of the process mentioned "kill -1 pid". Will it be the same if I restart xinetd from /etc/rc.d/init.d?? thanks, chueyfong On Tue, Jul 31, 2001 at 08:33:33AM +0000, chuey fong wrote: >Hi, >can anyone tell me how to configure samba-swat? >Appreciate if anyone can point me to any documentation of configuring >samba-swat. Sure. In the tarball or the man/man8 directory of wherever Samba was installed, the file swat.8 gives you full information on how to do it -- even how to add it to inetd. =o) Hope that helps. -- Mondoshawan >regards, >ChueyFong > >_________________________________________________________________ >Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp > >________________________________________________ >See http://PLUG.phoenix.az.us/navigator-mail.shtml if your mail doesn't >post to the list quickly and you use Netscape to write mail. > >PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us >http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
