Has there REALLY been zero rainfall at shawns site?

Its rain *every* months I've lived in the valley at some point in each
month. I spent 18 months in Gilbert, a couple in Tempe, and the last 6
in Apache Junction. And yes, so-called drizzle DOES COUNT to me.

Perhaps I need to relocate to urban phoenix?
