Given the small snippet I read in the exchange, it *seemed* like they
were doing a list-split from 1 to 5 lists or something to cut the
chatter if you knew you didn't want to hear about the latest PR or
buy/sale/steal deals.  The multi subscribe was to make sure no
'feature' of the original list got dropped form the subscriber base
without their prior approval.  Seems mostly reasonably to me, but I
havne't caught up to AZIPA since the list split started.
