you will have to give a mount point...

edit the fstab or easier with linuxconf...

it will be /dev/hdb[1...5-9]

so it will end up something like...

/dev/hdb1	/extrahd1	ext2	defaults	1	1
and depending upon other partitions on the old hd...

/dev/hdb6	/extrahd2	ext2	defaults	1	2

as I said, easier to add with linuxconf
