Rather than debating the FreeOpen Source issue, why don't we consider 
using something like Alternative?

The Mission Statement could state that the Non-Profit Organization seeks 
to educate the public about alternatives to proprietary software and to 
expand the use of such alternative software in Arizona.

It could be called something like AZASA - Arizona Alternative Software
