The Perl Mongers group (I went last night) expressed some interest in 
participating.

I'm also president [and webmaster] of the Arizona Rail Passenger 
Association ( http://www.azrail.org ) which is a 501(c)3 non-profit 
organization.  We revamped our Articles of Incorporation and By-laws a few 
years ago so I'm familiar with those.
