Now that the lists are back up and running, maybe I can get some more 
response to my proposal at

I have done some preliminary contacts and we CAN do this.  I CAN'T do it 
alone tho.  Robert Leonard has expressed his interest and I am sure I can 
count on Paul and a few others, but IF we proceed with something like 
this, it is gonna take a lot more than three or four people.

At least take the time to read the proposal.
