It sounds to me like you need to add the name of your RH 6.2 box (andromeda) to /etc/hosts.lpd on your print server (sol). All you have to do is list the names (or IP addresses) of the hosts that are allowed to print, one per line. See ``man lpd'' for more info... Kevin
