i have this running at home, and the problem that i have run into, is the lease from the dhcp server updates every 4 hrs. so your ip could change and there for you would have to change you config, and i havent figured out how to get into the digital gateway box to possibly hardcode an ip :( . i ran a dns server at home for a while but i kept having to update my zone everytime my ip would change. as for terms of service, they state that you may not run a web server or dns server, but i am not sure about the mail server. hope this helps.
