\_ workloads, inclination towards procrastination etc., using a letter template
\_ is better than no letter at all. 

My concern in speaking for myself and what not would be to state
something *incorrect* which would either cause doubt as to the rest of
the veracity of my claims, or cause the whole thing to be rejected out
of hand....  

eg: How many of you have dumped a resume you are reviewing just because
someone said they had ops on an IRC channel?  No, really, I've seen
this... briefly.  :-)


What I'd like is template *facts* to pepper in as make sense....
