I agree it's probably an over-reaction, but his e-mail certainly had a
threatening tone that went beyond "I noticed this gap and I can help." The
unfortunate thing is he'll probably spend a lot of cash defending himself.
But then, he'll become a hero to the hackerz and wind up doing speaking
tours with Mitnick...
