I occassionally use VMWare.  It works quite well, but is somewhat
expensive.  Also, by using VMWare, you aren't really getting rid
of Windows.  (But at least you won't need to reboot your linux
box.)

If you only have a few Windows apps that you need to run, you might
see if they'll run under WINE.
