Sorry, don't know of any programmers. But in regards to your Unix Admins. I
have a little bit of AIX, HP/UX and Linux abilities, but quite a lot of Novell
(CNE) and NT admin experience. Don't know how interested you might be, but I
thought it was worth dropping a line.
