Oh, Oh, can I answer this one?

I'd go to:

http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/dists/Debian2.2r2/main/disks-i386/current/images-1.44/

and make the following floppies:

rescue.bin, root.bin, driver-1 thru driver-4.bin and base-bin 1 thru 11

that would give you the capability to dial into your isp and download 
the rest of the distro with the handy debian tool called apt-get.
