What are the options for bandwidth in a smaller town that doesn't have
DSL/cable/Sprint Broadband?  What would be the cheapest commercial-grade
solution aside from ISDN?  Satellite services?  How about ham radio? 
Homebrew?

Any information would be appreciated.
