If you're using the "traditional" Unix password hash, the hashed password should be compatible. You could (carefully!) use Perl to put the hashed password in the proper field in Linux' /etc/shadow. If you're using MD5 passwords in Linux' /etc/shadow, then you'll need to run "crack" on your old hashed passwords to convert them to cleartext, and...
