IMHO you can get a great deal on a fractional T. We have a full blown T and we really only use about 30% of the bandwidth. We have quite a few high volume e-commerce sites on our end too. Not to mention all the Linux ISO's I download and the many static sites. Talk to Don Harrop on this list. he knows his stuff when it comes to choosing bandwidth.
