At 04:02:00 3 sets of logs were rotated and syslogd was restartd.
cd to /var/log and type "ls -ltr" to see which ones they were.

You are also running BIND8 and the output is normal.
While you are at it, check the version you are running
against CERT and upgrade as needed.
