They say the squeaky wheel gets the grease! I think if someone had a web site dedicated to complains about manufactures that do not support Linux this would possibly cause some motivation. I'm tired of hearing "we do not support Linux."! I bought an OnStreem tape backup which I thought would be okay since they provided a kernel patch. When I got an error while trying to install the patch, I called tech support. I was told "We really don't support that.". I put the tape drive back in the box, it is useless until I can resolve my problem. I'm with ya Lucas.
