I went out an returned my scanner for a UMax Astra 1200S. I have installed the card and set the scanner up(physically). How do I go about getting Linux to detect my SCSI card? Note that I do have some ide-scsi config set up in order to burn cd's with my cd burner, is that going to screw things up??
