5.2 comes as a self-extracting binary unlike 5.1 (5.2 has only been out
for about 2 weeks now).  As someone already pointed out, he didn't have
the executable flag set on the binary.

When the binary is run, it unarchives itself to a directory under /tmp,
then runs the `setup` program from that directory.
