I do not think you should lie, but leaving out irrelevant information and shortening the resume makes sense. Someone told me a resume should catch an eye in the first paragraph and fit on one page. I personally know managers who move 3 page resume at the bottom of the pile so they do not have to read it right now. The Wolf.
