When I compiled qpopper, I did a straight ./configure I did not add any special tags or commands for anything else. When I telnet into port 110, and type user mmyers It says that a password is needed for mmyers when I type pass garble (ficticious) It tells me that the password is incorrect, even though "garble" is my password on the system.
