Join the devel list first. That's where I want most of the discussion to
take place. If we get to where we're doing much we'll start a
project-based series of lists.

After Thurs night I think ZOPE is the way to go. Soon I'll have a box at
VikingSystems that we can use for development.

We can start working on the design of the site and database before having
the tools in place.
