What's the best way to find out which route will be used to get to a 
particular address?  With my packet gateway efforts I've got a ton of routes 
now and traceroute doesn't work right when going through an IPIP tunnel.
So I sortof just want what _would've_ been the first line of traceroute if
it _had_ worked - what was the ping time and what was the route from my
machine that it used to try to get there.
