We had this spammer come in and decimate our NT mail server (dont worry I am setting up Qmail on redhat as I type). Anyway we know who he is and where he lives (California). Now I was wondering how we go about prosecuting this guy. I know that California has anti-spam laws I am just not sure if I contect authorities and they follow up, or does our company have to lead the attack? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance. Orig Msg> Orig Msg> - Joel Dudley Save your logs.
