OK, I got ahold of some bad crack, but what does mkhybrid - create an hybrid ISO9660/JOLIET/HFS filesystem with optional Rock Ridge attributes. Includes support for making bootable "El Torito" CD-ROMs. have to do with "duplicating a drive?" If I have two identical hard drives (physically; the difference being that one has its bits arranged in a way I like), and I want to duplicate one to the other, the solution (for me) is to boot to a third hard drive (or a floppy) to ensure that neither my source hard drive nor my target hard drive have any mounted filesystems/ activity, and dd from one to the other. If I were really cautious, and the drives were SCSI, I would strap the read-only jumper pins on the source hard drive. My N$2, D On Mon, 21 Feb 2000, J.
