moin, moin, we've been having some delays with people posting from Netscape 4.6 and higher. Apparently they broke something. Now, I'm as surprised as everybody that Netscape has a bug ;-), but we have to work around it. If you're using Netscape to mail the list, please follow the following directions. Edit the two .js files in your .netscape directory (liprefs.js and preferences.js) to include the function call: user_pref("mail.suppress_sender_header", true); BTW, the binary includes a comment which says that this is only necessary on Unix. Since Communicator regenerates this file upon exit, the change must be done when Communicator is not currently running. With the next start, it will stop adding the Sender: header and things start to work like a charm again. Thanks to Art Wagner for ferreting out this fix and getting his posts to appear in less than 12 hours :). ciao, der.hans -- # +++++++++++=================================+++++++++++ # # der.hans@LuftHans.com # # http://home.pages.de/~lufthans/ # # Science is magic explained. - der.hans # # ===========+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++=========== #
