If you run your own mail server or can get email with fethcmail, install procmail. I currently have deployed, teergrube, custom sendmail rules,=20 and procmail with IMRSS,ORBS,RSS,MAPS DUL,and MAPS RBL and=20 have knocked my incoming SPAM down to maybe 1 SPAM every other week. I am looking for a new machine to use to proxy incoming email and have even finer grain control over incoming email thru API filters.
