Instead of killproc, you could use a couple of one-liners.

For your cutting and pasting pleasure:

ps -ef | grep -i smbd | grep -v grep | awk '{print $2}' | xargs kill -9

ps -ef | grep -i nmbd | grep -v grep | awk '{print $2}' | xargs kill -9
