[Plug-security] file integrity checking

Anybody here have any experience with/favorite ways to verify file
integrity?

I was looking at old Tripwire stuff I had (before they went so
commercial), AIDE, Claymore, Bsign, FreeVeracity, others? for software
that accomplishes this.  Also was toying with the idea of using RPM's
verify features to assist in this.

Any suggestions?
