    <p>I looked up the two cards you mentioned and they perform pretty
      much the same, but they appear to blow the GT710 out of the water
      if this is to be believed. I think I'll give up on getting nvenc
      to work on the gt 710.  I imagine the rx580 will do much better.<br>
