<div><div dir="ltr">This doesn't surprise me a bit. 30 years ago I worked in some fast food <br clear="none">places and I saw the unreliability of many people who work there. The <br clear="none">trend is toward more of the 'I don't have to work. Everybody owes me.' <br clear="none">attitude. I saw something a couple of years ago about a fast food <br clear="none">place that had robots making the burger. Somebody would put beef, <br clear="none">lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, ketchup, etc in the machine and <br clear="none">wrapped burgers came out the other end. The technology hasn't had much <br clear="none">success. But as it improves, it will get cheaper. Also with the push <br clear="none">for a higher and higher minimum wage will increase demand for a burger <br clear="none">making robot. The economics professor someone mentioned is right. Make <br clear="none">something expensive and alternatives will become practical.
