if you want pre-built, then I recommend looking at ZA Reason and system76.<br>
They'll also pre-install GNU/Linux for you.<br>

Newegg has been great for me for years as well. They fight patent trolls<br>
and win.<br>

NUC looks intersting, but I haven't yet played with one. For other similar<br>
stuff, I've done what Aaron suggested in buying a bare bones system, then<br>
adding RAM and storage. That has worked quite well for me.<br>
