</head><body><p>Cox has new policies. A friend in my area uses incredimail and he has the same issues with cox. <br></p><p>I can receive email but I cannot send it out. I used Cox email for years with Thunderbird without issues.<br>Maybe they changed something on their back end?<br><br>Are you sure you are connecting to the correct SMTP server?<br><br>Also Cox should not care what operating system you are using.<br>Thunderbird is OS agnostic software.
