I've never seen that happen otherwise.<div><br></div><div>Might try some other apps that replace the dialer, I've seen some of the phone screening apps that do that. Otherwise, again I'd suggest a wipe and replace, something sounds fsck'd up/broken.</div><div><br></div><div>Sadly, this isn't as easy as with a rooted phone using something like titanium backup, which alone is usually worth rooting a phone. I don't believe I have lost any contacts.<br>
All the names and number that I remember are there.<br>
The problem is that contact's names are not displayed in incoming calls, and <br>
it's a pain to screen calls... :(<br>
