<p dir="ltr">Copy/paste should be good enough for a sanity check.<br>
FTP access can be allowed while SSH is not. Check logs for failed logins and look for account info in the passwd and shadow files.<br>
If someone else is managing the machine then I would assume this is the intended behavior.</p>
