<div dir="ltr">I was wondering why Linux uses a swap partition rather than a swap file. I mean I would think a swap file would be superior since a files size can fluctuate whereas a partition is static.<br clear="all"><div><div class="gmail_signature">:-)~MIKE~(-:</div></div>
