If there is a client you don't recognize then you might want to kick it off your network to see.</div>

Right now it is only a notification, but i imagine new service will eventually have a surcharge associated with it. and then pushing people of into a fully metered service, much like mobile providers.</div>

Right now, these notices are only advisory in nature. However, at some point, they will start enforcing the caps. Until that happens, All I can say is keep an eye on the situation.<br>
